Areas of Expertise
I specialize in weight loss and muscle gain. Many clients have come to me for results in these two areas, over the years, as these are areas that are problematic today and very difficult to change, manage and maintain. I am proudest when the client has accomplished success, reaching their goal weight and muscle gain, since a lot of effort and dedication are required to change their lifestyles during their quest for better health.
