Mike works out of the Legends spacious gym, on the West End, which is well-equipped with everything that you need and nothing that you don’t need. My philosophy is to keep it simple and use the tried and true basics of free weights, mats (for calisthenics and body weight exercises) and machines that target what we want to change.
