10 AM Sunday Women’s Class:

Join our group of women that come to get a great workout without the risky moves typically demanded in conventional boot camps.  You will not leave this camp in pain as is so often the case with the highly condensed and intense boot camps offered by other gyms.

A risk to reward assessment is give to each exercise.  For example:


Each exercise in the non Boot Camp circuit has multiple benefits such as:

Initial Complimentary Consultation

I offer a complimentary consult during which we can get to know each other and discuss client goals.  A tour of the gym and the rest of the facility is also given at that first meeting.  


This first consult is casual and there is no exam or functional screening done on that day.  These are carried out as I have the opportunity to observe my clients fitness level while they are at work on their programs.


During that first meeting we also discuss group class or one-on-one scenarios and which might suit the client best.  Some clients thrive in group settings and the social interactions that occur during group sessions.  Other clients prefer to work with me directly and are more comfortable with private sessions.


Group classes are, of course, a more economical.



MAKE TIME FOR YOU!

In today’s hectic world it’s easy to get too busy to devote time to yourself but doing so is one of the best things you can do for you and your family.  You will find it a stress reliever, an energizer, a mood changer and these all help improve busy lifestyle coping skills.

Whatever workout investment the client wants to make can be determined at that first consult but can be changed at any time.


Because there are many factors that go into training and the needs of each client may be different, the workout investment (price) isn’t listed.

Also since schedules fluctuate as groups finish or progress, I do not have a hard and fast class list.  Time slots that clients have available for their fitness training can be arranged at that first consult as well.  Again, due to individual client, schedules can be rearranged any time.  I try to be as flexible as my time allows - to accommodate you!
